Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days — ₹49
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days — ₹99
- Free Shipping on orders above ₹999
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier availability. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. Remote areas may take an additional 2-3 business days.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.
Shipping Damage
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Re-shipping charges may apply.
